Come and watch— or better yet — participate! in Drum Aerobics. It is a truly fun way to get a good cardio workout. This free class is being offered as part of the Friendship Center’s “Love Your Heart Week.”

This turned out to be a lot of fun.. The challenge was to get the equipment over to the Friendship Center during the blowing wind and snow. How about the hearty Northern souls who braved the blizzard weather on this lovely day in February?! There were some special moments during the one hour session. Different people traded off stations. Many were amazed at what a good workout they were getting while having so much fun.
